In the case that you should need to delay your order, please contact us at info@riverandbord.com so that we can work with you on adjusting your order time. This only applies to orders that have not shipped. If your order has already shipped and needs to be held, additional fees will apply.

What to expect with Premium Front Door Delivery:

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining the estimated delivery timeframes. Once it has shipped, it should take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

Preparing for Delivery:

It’s essential to ensure that your furnishings fit comfortably in the desired rooms, considering doorways, stairways, elevators, and hallways. Refer to our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guidelines (make this a link), though these measurements are indicative and don’t guarantee a perfect fit. If you reside in a high-rise or condominium requiring a Certificate of Insurance, please reach out to us post-order placement.

Delivery Day:

On the expected delivery day, your order will be conveniently delivered to your front door, ready for you to unwrap and arrange in your space as needed. When shipping your furniture, we try to take as many precautions as possible, but sometimes damages can occur. As soon as your furniture is delivered, please inspect your piece for any damages that may have occurred during the shipping and handling process. Please email us immediately at info@riverandbord.com with photos and we will work with you on a solution.

What to expect with White Glove Delivery

Experience the convenience of our White Glove Delivery Service, where a dedicated team of professionals goes above and beyond to make your furniture delivery seamless. We take care of every detail – from unpacking and inspection to placement in your chosen room, we’ll even handle the removal of all packaging and debris.

Scheduling Delivery:

Upon shipment, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. From here, our carrier will reach out to you to schedule a delivery appointment.

In the case that you miss your delivery appointment, our White Glove Delivery partner will charge you a rescheduling fee and contact you to reschedule your delivery. Please note that all of the pieces you ordered will be delivered at the same time.

Delivery Day:

On the scheduled delivery day, ensure that someone 18 years or older is present to accept the delivery and inspect your order. Our team will meticulously unpack and move your furniture items, with the added service of removing packing materials.
